Here are Nancy and Morla teaching 4 kindergarten classes all at once about ferrets!!!  You can tell by the group pix there were a bunch of little ones in there!!!  While walking around them on the floor, I didn't put on the crown and sash until I was in the middle of them for the big group pix as I didn't want to "trip" over them!!! hehehe!!!  Usually we have been with 4th graders and they stay in their desk/chairs but these kids were watching movies since we were coming and they were all on the floor. And since it was 4 classes together, that was the way to put all of them!!!  They were really cute and behaved!!!  They knew most of the answers for the animals that we usually ask about the what do animals need from us.. that they are taught from the 1st meeting of PEP. Of course being such a young class they did answer the one question they way I knew they would..... "Where is the first place to go to adopt an animal?" of course they said the petstore when we had been talking about "shelters" and I had been talking about I am the ferret shelter! LOL!!! The 4th graders "get it" but these were kindergartners!!!  With one look at them they changed their answers and pointed at me and said or yelled SHELTERS!!!!  They were listening!!!!!
  

Here are Nancy and Morla at daycamp for the Kids at LSU in Shreveport, LA teaching about ferrets of course and how to take care of them and talking about therapy ferrets!  The correct way to take care of pets in general and of course ferrets too.  The last 2 pix are at the nursing home.  We had a short visit there as some of the usual residents were sick so we couldn't stay long!
