For you and your pet to join Paws For Friendship, Inc: Your pet must meet these requirements: Be sociable with other pets  Obedient and calm mannered  Enjoys being around people of all ages  Be current on all vaccinations  Be able to pass our disposition training You must meet these requirements: Be willing to make at least one visit per month  Be willing to help with fundraisers, especially our annual events  Abide by our Rules and Guidelines(click here for details) Basics from the AKC Good Citizen Test (CGC) are used to evaluate Click here for important Application Information Complete and send in these forms: click here for Application Form click here for Pet Health Checklist Form click here for Membership Agreement Form What happens next? We will arrange to have your pet tested, once we receive your application materials. If your pet passes the test, there will be a $40 annual membership fee to become a member. You'll receive a shirt for you and a service vest for your pet that must be worn at each visit. We will mail you your items once your application and Pet have been approved. * Please note: there is a 30 day wait for your Pet's service vest.
